Dear Dolley™ is a non-profit organization, founded in 2009, and committed to -

MISSION STATEMENT

Dear Dolley serves low income individuals and families

in the Greater Portland area by resolving one-time

short term financial hardships.

VISION STATEMENT:

Individuals and families have financial stability and the

resources to successfully manage unexpected, unplanned,

unbudgeted short term financial hardships.

Until the day that this Vision is realized for all, Dear Dolley maintains a goal of

assisting some get back on stable financial footing by covering a one time

unexpected hardship - a 'need' not a 'want' - to potentially avert an individual

or family's financial downward spiral.
